1.  Search Tips:  

You can use the "search" facility in the top central part, it's in the same place on every page.

Use more than one word:
Using more than one word helps narrow down the search criteria. If you're looking for Sony MDRV150 black headphones, entering "Sony MDRV150 Headphone" will deliver more relevant results than just "Sony."

Be specific:
Use specific words, as opposed to general ones. For example, a search for "RPHS46EK" will return more targeted results than a search for "earphones".

Use the plus or minus sign:
Use the "+" (plus) sign to designate words that must be contained in your search results. Enter the "-" (minus) sign to designate words that must not be contained in your search results. Do not leave any space between the sign and the designated word.

2.  Placing an Order:
An account is not necessary to place an order with us. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be stepped through the checkout process for your item(s). During the checkout process, you can use your Amazon or Paypal account details to complete the purchase.
You can also create account by clicking “Sign in / Join” button from the top. At any time after your order is complete, you can log into "Your Account" to  
track the status of your order. To place an order, follow these simple steps:  
  • Browse the storefront until you find the item you wish to purchase. Click on "Add to Cart" from the product that you would like to purchase.
    You will proceed to the shopping cart. (To continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button.)
  • Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, click the "Pay with Amazon" or “Checkout with Paypal” buttons. (To change quantity, enter the desired amount and click the "Update Cart" button.)

3.  Canceling an Order:

Orders in the "Processing" Status may allow a cancel request, if item has NOT been Dispatched.
To request cancellation of an item, follow these steps:

Send an E-mail to customer care (customercare@annova.biz ) giving Order No. Date order was placed and reason for canceling the order. 
Please Note: Cancellation Requests may only be made on orders in "Processing" status (You will be kept informed by e-mail at every stage your order has reached).  
Once orders have gone for Dispatch, we cannot change or cancel an order.
Results are displayed in the "Order Status" column and may take up to 5 business days to update.  
Please Note: Cancellation of item(s) may change or void discounts currently appearing on your order.

5.  Payment Options:

We accept Paypal and Amazon Payments. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Annova.biz. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.

6.  Charging Your Credit Card:

Upon authorization of your order, your credit card will be charged for the total order amount.
While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, some items may be delayed or backordered. If this is the case, you will receive notification via email.
If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not been shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item(s), we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.
If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically. You will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

7.  Reviews:

We value your opinion and feedback on the products you purchase from us. Your reviews will help other customers to obtain a balanced overview of a product.

To submit a review you need to login and find the relevant product on our website. Select Reviews, enter the details and submit your review. We greatly appreciate the time and effort that you put into the reviews, but kindly request that you follow the guidelines below:
Please remember that all reviews must focus on the product itself.
Each review should consist of a minimum of two to three sentences or maximum 500 words.
We do publish positive and negative reviews, however, we request that you do not include any of the following in your customer reviews:

  • Bad or obscene Language or remarks.

8.  Delivery Cost:

The cost of delivery can vary depending on the weight of the products. We offer free standard delivery in Mainland United Kingdom for all the orders weighing up to 2 kg. Delivery costs shown apply for Mainland United Kingdom only, there may be additional costs for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man etc. We also offer expedited delivery at the cost of 9.49 GBP in Mainland United Kingdom. 

 
9.  Tracking Your Package:

To track your package, log into "Your Account" and choose an order to review. If the order shows goods have been dispatched then please enter your order number or a tracking number (if available), Track your DISPATCHED GOODS with the Carrier Box which will link directly to the shipping company. If order number, or the tracking number is not valid when clicking the shipping company link, (after order status shows goods have been dispatched) please send e-mail to Customer care giving you order number and problems you are facing. Our Customer care will be happy to assist you in providing the status of your order, including tracking updates (when available from the supplier).

Important: To access your order information, you must use the E-Mail Address and password that you supplied when you created your account.

This section allows you to:

13.  Forgotten Password:

If you have forgotten your password or entered your password incorrectly, Following message you will see following message [ERROR: No match for "E-Mail Address" and/or "Password".]
If you are still having difficulties click on "Forgotten your Password" at the bottom of the page. You type your registered email address and we will send you an email confirming your password. Please remember website is case sensitive for this type of information.
